Chocolately treats are so rich and delicious especially when they are healthier and made with wholesome ingredients. And I especially like no-bake treats like this Chocolate Hazelnut Torte for instance or these Chocolate Macaroons also. So good!

We all know about the chocolate covered blueberries Costco has, right? Well, these are just like those chocolate-covered blueberries Brookside makes but only so much better because they are HOMEMADE!
What You’ll Need
- dried blueberries
- chocolate chips
- coconut oil
How To Make This Recipe
First, melt down the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil, aka the world’s best ingredient ever. It becomes all shiny and glossy.
Next, toss the dried blueberries with the melted dark chocolate until they are well coated. Super hard, I know. 😉
That is the beauty of this recipe. All you need is a spoon and a pot.
Spread the small clumps of blueberries onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and pop into the freezer to harden and you are done.
The snap of the chilled chocolate mixed with the chewy sweetness of the blueberries is just so delicious.
These chocolate blueberry clusters remind me of Glossettes. Does anyone remember those? Chocolate-covered raisins and peanuts. Yum yum. I’m surprised they didn’t think of a chocolate covered blueberry version!
Storage and Substitutions
- I recommend keeping these in a cool place like the fridge or freezer so they don’t get melty. They are much better cold from the fridge or freezer.
- If you want to make these in the microwave melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it in 5 or 10 second intervals, stirring in between until it is nice and glossy.
- White chocolate would be a fun substitution! Or try other dried fruit like raspberries, strawberries, and bananas. Even dried lemons or limes would be delish. There is a Greek recipe for chocolate-dipped candied lemon that is really good.
