Last week I began feeling a little run-down. The combination of the usual work, gym, school and household maintenance with the added excitement of launching my blog and the crazy warm/cold weather we’ve been experiencing here in Southern Ontario was starting to wreak havoc on my immune system.
I’ve learned to recognize when I am beginning to get sick and listen to my body when it’s trying to tell me something. It was saying SLOW DOWN!
So that’s what I did. I left early from work, came home, changed into my lounging gear and relaxed. I also had an Emergen-C.
