I like to buy wings at the market counter so we can get all wingettes vs drummettes. What is your favorite? Flats or drumsticks?

1.

Start by preheating the oven and lining baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Next, add flour, salt, and pepper to a large Ziploc bag.

2.

Pat the wings dry using paper towels and place into the Ziploc bag with the flour mixture. Shake the bag well. Ensure every wing gets coated with flour and spices mixture.

3.

Add a tablespoon of olive oil. This is why I love to bake wings. Wings in the oven have so much less saturated fat and grease than frying!

4.

Line the wings up on the baking sheet then pop them into the oven. Flip them over at the halfway point.

5.

Meanwhile, make the homemade Buffalo sauce. Add the Hot Sauce to a pan along with butter, sugar, onion powder, and aminos. Heat over medium-low for five minutes.

6.

Once the wings have finished baking, place them into the saucepan with the hot sauce. Stir them well to coat.
