Slice the bananas into slices. Next, layer them into a container with parchment paper in between. Place the container in the freezer to harden.

Once the bananas are frozen, pop the frozen banana slices into your trusty food processor and blend.

You will need to stop the machine, take off the lid and scrape the sides down every so often to ensure it is all blending in.

3.

Soon it will start to form a very creamy consistency.

4. 

You will know when you are done once it becomes the texture of soft serve ice cream.

5. 

Enjoy immediately and store any leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months.
