First, in a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

Next, in a separate medium bowl beat the egg with a fork, then mash in the bananas until mostly lump free. Stir in the rest of the wet ingredients. Then, pour over the flour mixture and stir until just combined.

Finally, fold in the walnuts. Be careful not to overmix your pancake batter.

Next, heat a large skillet over medium-low and lightly grease the pan. Spoon batter onto the warmed skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
