Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk them together.

1.

In another mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth with almost no lumps.

2.

Add in the coconut oil and eggs and stir everything well to combine.

3.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be sure not to overmix!

4. 

Divide the batter into the lined muffin tin wells and bake.
