First, combine the softened cream cheese with the goat cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Next, add the cranberries, pecans, and sliced green onions to the cream cheese mixture.

Stir it all well once again.

Then, add it to the center of a large piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball while wrapping it tightly.

While the ball chills in the fridge, chop up dried cranberries, pecans and chives.

5. 

Roll the cheese ball around in the pecan mixture, pressing it into the chilled surface.

6. 

Serve it with crackers and a cheese knife.
