Start by preheating the oven to 350 and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly brush the parchment with olive oil.

Next, in a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

In a second bowl, whisk the eggs. Then whisk in the oil and water until the mixture is frothy and everything is incorporated.

Add the egg mixture to the flaxseeds and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute.

Spread evenly into the baking pan. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and a flaked sea salt.

Bake for 25 minutes or until it is springy to the touch.
