First, start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, lightly melt the coconut oil.

Then, in a large bowl, stir all ingredients together and mix until silky smooth.

Finally, pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it as evenly as possible. Using a rubber spatula makes this easy.

Pop it into the freezer for 20 minutes or so for it to set.

4. 

Once it comes out of the freezer you can neatly cut it into squares or go rogue and break it into pieces. That is the fun of chocolate bark recipes.

5.

This bark will melt at room temperature so please make sure you keep it in a container in the freezer.
