First, place the filling ingredients into the baking dish and stir them well. Set the dish aside.

Then, in a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pecans (if using).

Next, stir in the coconut oil and maple syrup into the large bowl.

Then, add the eggs and stir again until combined. Pour in the milk – bit by bit – stirring until a sticky dough forms.

Next, drop six even scoops on top of the filling mixture in the baking dish.

Finally, “cobble’ the topping together by connecting the scoops, and spreading them out. Leave a few spots of the peach mixture uncovered.

Pop the dish in the oven and bake until the top is golden brown and the peach mixture is bubbling.

Serve warm with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
