Place the pecans in a skillet over medium heat and toast for 5-8 minutes.

Then, transfer the toasted pecans to the food processor and allow them to cool.

Next, process the pecans. Stop every minute to scrape the sides down and allow the machine to cool down.

The mixture will be crumbly at first. Be patient and keep scraping down the sides.

Once the butter is creamy sprinkle in the salt and cinnamon and process again for 10 seconds.

Scrape the pecan butter into a clean jar with an airtight lid.
