This recipe is super simple with very little prep time. Perfect for the busy holiday season!

1.

First, in a medium bowl, stir together the oats, flour, coconut sugar, and salt.

Second, pour the coconut oil over the oat mixture and stir well, coating the oats well. Place the bowl in the fridge.

Next, peel and chop the apples. Place the chopped apples into the instant pot. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the maple syrup over top.

Then drop the oat mixture evenly on top of the apples.

Finally, lock the lid in place, turn the valve to the sealing position, and pressure cook. Serve warm.
