Heat the oil in a skillet, add the corn, sprinkle it with sea salt and toss. Then pat the corn into an even layer

Let it sit for 2 minutes without stirring. This technique will add a charred effect to the corn like it was cooked on a grill.

After the first 2 minutes of sitting toss the corn again and then repeat the process to char all sides of the corn.

3.

Transfer the charred corn to a large mixing bowl.

4. 

Add the rest of the ingredients and toss everything to combine.

5. 

Sprinkle with more tajin on top for presentation and serve.
