Add the walnuts to a large mixing bowl and drizzle them with the olive oil. Using a spoon stir the nuts to coat them well.

In a small bowl add the seasonings and stir them well. Sprinkle the mixture over the olive oil coated nuts.

Stir it all together well. Tossing to completely coat the nuts with all the savory goodness.

Then, transfer the seasoned nuts to a sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer and pop them in the oven.

Remove the pan from the oven and let the nuts cool completely on the baking sheet.
