Start by mixing the dressing ingredients. Then soak the cranberries in a bit of dressing.

Then, place the spinach leaves in the mixing bowl.

Next, we add some delicious pears. You want them to be firm but ripe.

Next, the rest of the dressing gets tossed with the leafy greens and pears.

Then, add toasted walnuts and balsamic-soaked cranberries to the serving bowl. Toss again.

Plate the salads and crumble goat cheese on each. Enjoy!
