Cream together the butter and sugar. I use a hand mixer at medium speed and a large bowl.

Next, add in the tahini, milk, and seasonings. Mix again.

Then add the coconut flour and almond flour into the bowl. Mix until it becomes dough-like.

Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the cookie dough onto the lined baking sheets and roll them into balls. Sprinkle the dough balls with sesame seeds.

4.

Bake them for 8-10 minutes and watch that they don't burn on the bottom. Once they are golden brown, take them out of the oven.

5.

Let them cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. This yields 40 cookies making them ideal for entertaining.
