Using a whisk or spoon, toss the oats with cinnamon and sea salt in a
large bowl
and set aside.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the
wet ingredients
. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

warm mixture
over the
oat mixture
and stir until combined. Add the almonds and give everything a good last mix.

prepared baking sheet
and spread it out into an
even layer
. Press down firmly using a flat spatula.
