Oven Roasted Rosemary Almonds

For a savory and slightly spicy snack, try this recipe for Oven Roasted Rosemary Almonds. They are flavorful, healthy, and great for entertaining.

Ingredients:

- raw almonds - olive oil - fresh rosemary - sea salt

First, preheat the oven. Next, add the almonds to a mixing bowl.

Then sprinkle on the salt and cayenne if you’re using it. Cayenne is spicy so if you aren’t a fan of spice you can omit it or use just a tiny pinch for some heat.

Next, pour the olive oil over the almonds.

Then the star of the show – the rosemary! I love using fresh rosemary for aromatherapy.

Finally, stir it all together.

Spread the coated almonds in a single layer onto a baking sheet ready to toast.
