In a medium mixing bowl whisk all ingredients together.
Transfer the homemade hot chocolate mix to a small mason jar and keep it covered. This will last at least a month.
To make a single serving - add 1 tbsp to a mug. Pour 1 ¼ cups of warmed milk over top, stirring until smooth.
Store in a selaed glass jar for up to three months.
