Chipotle Spiced Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tin chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 chipotle peppers minced
  • 2 tbsp adobe sauce

Instructions

  • Mince garlic in food processor
  • Add remaining ingredients and blitz until smooth
