  • Heat your oven to 350 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together the almond butter, honey, maple syrup, and coconut sugar. Heat and stir until they are melted together and smooth.
  • Pour the almond butter mixture over the oats mixture and stir well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until golden. Stir every 6-8 minutes to prevent any hot spots from burning.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes.
  • Break into clusters.
