This Honey Nut Granola recipe features sweet, crunchy clusters made from rolled oats, honey, and toasted nuts. It is baked until golden brown and then enjoyed as a breakfast cereal or added as a topping to yogurt or oatmeal.
Heat your oven to 350 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together the almond butter, honey, maple syrup, and coconut sugar. Heat and stir until they are melted together and smooth.
Pour the almond butter mixture over the oats mixture and stir well.
Spread the mixture evenly on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until golden. Stir every 6-8 minutes to prevent any hot spots from burning.
Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes.
Break into clusters.
