Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the coconut oil over low heat in a small saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl and pour the melted coconut oil over top. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it as evenly as possible.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
Store in the freezer - will melt at room temperature.
