  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the coconut oil over low heat in a small saucepan.
  • Add the remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl and pour the melted coconut oil over top. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it as evenly as possible.
  • Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy!
  • Store in the freezer - will melt at room temperature.

  • Other healthy add-ins you can sprinkle into this recipe include dried fruit like cranberries, cherries, goji berries, or raisins, and nuts like cashews, peanuts, or macadamia nuts. Pretzels are another popular mixin.
  • Use cocoa powder if you don't have cacao.
  • Substitute maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer. Remember! This will melt at room temperature, so be sure to keep it in the freezer.
