Easy Cranberry Smoothie - Healthy + Creamy Recipe

With a unique blend of flavors, this Creamy Cranberry Smoothie recipe is a perfect, quick, and healthy breakfast drink or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cranberry powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.

Notes

  • If you can't find cranberry powder substitute a 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries or even cranberry juice.
  • Add different fruit such as frozen banana or blueberries.
  • If you would like it a little sweeter you can drizzle in a bit of natural sweetener such as honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup to taste. Or try a pinch of stevia!
  • Give this drink another boost of nutrition and pour in a 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice!
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for even more staying power.
  • Use almond milk and coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
