1 ½cups grated cheesetossed with 2 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and grease a medium sized baking dish (a pie plate or 8x8 would work well)
Combine all ingredients except for the grated cheese in a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and top with the spiced and grated cheese
Bake for 15-20 minutes then under the broiler until bubbly and browned
