Using a fork, mash the ripe banana in a bowl until most of the little lumps are gone. Remove the peel and add the cooked sweet potato and cinnamon and mash again to break up the potato.
If your potato was hot, add your toppings and enjoy! If the potato was prepped in advance and was cool add the mixture to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and stir until it reaches your desired temperature.
