Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla

Instructions

  • Place frozen pineapple and yogurt in a high speed blender or food processor and process on high until smooth and blended. You may have to stop and scrape the sides down.
  • Empty into a bowl and enjoy. This dessert is best served and eaten right away.
