  • Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt (if using). Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
  • Place the pan in the freezer to set for 30-45 minutes.
  • Remove from the freezer and cut into squares.

To Store: Store in a sealed, airtight container in the freezer. This recipe will definitely melt at room temperature, so be sure to keep this fudge frozen. It will keep in the freezer for up to a month.
