Gluten Free Angel Food Cake

Make it in 4 simple steps!

Sift the flours together in a bowl and set aside.

Step 1

Add cream of tartar, salt and vanilla to egg whites and start beating until light peaks form.

Step 2

Then with a light hand, gradually fold in the flour mixture.

Step 3

Pour into your tube pan and slice with knife. This will help to eliminate the air pockets.

Step 4

Bake for about 45 minutes. The top will be lightly browned.
