This recipe is so creamy, so delicious, and it couldn't be easier to make. We lightened up our Chicken Cauliflower Casserole with lots of vegetables. Low carb!

I love a delicious  oven-baked casserole dish. They are fairly easy to toss together and have a ton of flavor.

– cauliflower – broccoli – cream cheese – mayonnaise – cheese – garlic powder – sea salt – freshly ground pepper – cooked chicken

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE

First, get started on your keto chicken cauliflower bake by prepping the veggies.

Next, crowns of cauliflower and broccoli get steamed in a saucepan. Cook them until they are fork-tender.

Meanwhile, shred up some leftover cooked chicken for our rotisserie chicken cauliflower casserole. I used all of the tender roast chicken breast meat.

Now, in a large bowl stir together the cream cheese, a dollop of mayonnaise, and simple seasonings of sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and garlic powder.
