Chocolate Chips - or Chocolate Chunks! I prefer dark chocolate
First, add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir.
Next, roll the dough mixture into golf ball sized balls.
I use a grass-fed whey protein powder. I find it gives you the best 'cookie dough' texture.
Natural peanut butter is the BEST. Oils from a fresh jar help the mixture to hold.
Experiment with different nut butter and seed butter like cashew butter, almond butter, or tahini.
