Add the ingredients into a small mixing bowl and toss everything together and coat the seeds well.

Then, pour the pepitas mixture onto a prepared baking sheet. Use the spoon to spread them into an even layer.

Next, pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast for 12-15 minutes.
