Add the chia seeds and oats to the large mixing bowl. Give them a stir and set the bowl aside.

Next, melt the almond butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.

Then, add the cacao powder, sea salt, and vanilla to the saucepan. Stir well until everything is combined.

Next, pour the chocolate mixture over the oats and chia seeds in the bowl and mix well.

Using a small scoop, roll into balls. Transfer to a cookie sheet and pop into the fridge to harden.

5. 

Store in the fridge and enjoy as a healthy snack!
