Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small saucepan and set it over medium heat.

Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Then, add the roasted almonds to the pot and stir.

Next, use two forks and transfer the almonds one by one to the parchment-lined baking tray.

Finally, pop the tray into the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
