NO BAKE RECIPE!
Add the ingredients for the base of the protein bars into a large mixing bowl.
Using a spatula, mix the base ingredients well. It will begin to form a stiff dough.
Using the spatula, press the dough into a lined baking dish. Really press it down well so it will hold together better.
Melt some chocolate chips together with a bit of coconut oil and pour the smooth mixture over the base. Place it in the freezer to set.
Using a hot, sharp knife, slice them into bars. Store in your fridge or freezer.
