Whisk together the almond flour, shredded coconut, salt and baking soda.

Then, add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and egg. Stir the mixture until a dough forms.

Next, fold in the chocolate chips. Stir until they are spread out through the mixture.

Scoop cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Lightly flatten each ball and shape them into cookies.

Bake, then cool on the pan for ten minutes. Finally, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
