First start by whisking together the dry ingredients – coconut flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt.

Next, in a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

Then, add the coconut flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.

Next, heat your pan or griddle. Once hot, pour 2 heaping tablespoons of batter onto it.

Cook the pancakes for 3-5 minutes per side. Be careful when flipping as the batter is fragile.
