Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir.

Then, in a separate bowl add the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.

Next, pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture and stir to combine.

Then, fold in the chocolate chips.

Next, drop heaping tablespoons of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet and flatten them into round cookie shapes.

Then, bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating the cookie sheet halfway through to ensure they bake evenly.

Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
