In a large bowl, combine the oats, spelt flour, coconut, and coconut sugar and stir well.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the coconut oil and maple syrup.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, dissolve the baking soda into the boiling water. Pour it into the melted coconut oil.
