Prep the day before by baking and cooling a large russet potato.

1.

Peel and grate the cooked and cooled potato.

2.

Add in the caramelized onion or onion powder (optional), sea salt and pepper and mix well.

3.

Form into cylinder shapes and place on lined baking sheet.

4. 

Brush each side with olive oil. Then bake for 25-30 minutes.

5. 

Serve warm with the dipping sauces of your choice.
