First, measure out the rice crispies into a medium-sized mixing bowl and set them aside.

Next, in a small saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter and brown rice syrup.

Once the mixture is smooth, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

Pour the mixture over the puffed rice and stir to combine.

Roll into balls and pop into the fridge to set.
