Wash the zucchini and using a sharp knife, slice them in half - lengthwise.
Using a spoon, scoop out the zucchini flesh in thecenter creating a 'boat' for your stuffing. Pop the boats in the oven to roast.
Meanwhile, make the tuna stuffing with flaked tuna, celery and minced onion. Add some dill for added flavor.
Stuff the roasted zucchini with the tuna salad and top with cheese. Turn the oven to broil and broil the zucchini boats until the cheese is bubbling and brown.
Take the stuffed zucchini boats out of the oven and enjoy immediately. Serve alone or with salad.
