Only TWO Ingredients!
Start by peeling and slicing the fresh kiwi fruit into inch thick slices.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the kiwi slices on the tray and place in the freezer.
Freeze the kiwi slices until they are solid. This will take approximately an hour.
Blend the frozen kiwi slices along with a bit of ime juice in a food processor until you reach the consistency of smooth sorbet.
