  1. In a small skillet add the butter, ground cinnamon and vanilla over medium heat. Stir to combine and heat until bubbling.

  2. Add in the banana slices and let cook for 3-5 minutes until browned on the bottom then flip. Cook for another 3-5 letting the other side crisp and brown.

  3. Remove form heat and enjoy warm on its own or with yogurt or ice cream.
