Instructions
Melt the butter in an oven safe mug
Crack and egg into the mug and mix in with the melted butter
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well. Let mixture sit for a minute or two
Microwave for 45-60 seconds. The top should feel a bit springy to touch
Let sit for 5 minutes before eating in one fell swoop:)
