Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or grapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo (or homemade whole 30 mayo)

Instructions

  • Firstly, if your dates aren't soft soak them in hot water for a couple of minutes so they blend easier into the mixture.
  • Add all of the ingredients except the mayonnaise to your blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Use a spatula and empty the blender into a bowl, scraping down the sides of the blender with the spatula to get all of the mixture out.
  • Stir in the mayonnaise until fully incorporated.
  • Serve immediately and store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
