  • In a small dish, stir the chia seeds into the water and let them soak for ten minutes. This will turn into a gel-like substance.
  • Place the raspberries, syrup or honey, and chia gel into a blender. Pulse 2-3 times.
  • Pour the chia jam into a small glass jar with a lid. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
