Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

This Smoothie recipe is a breakfast that’s full of protein, vitamin C, fiber, and those good carbs.

Oats are perfect when you need a high fiber breakfast that will keep you going till lunch.

First, add Greek yogurt, milk, water, and oats to the blender and blend until they are broken down and the mixture looks like frothy oat milk.

Next, toss in the remaining ingredients – the strawberries and banana – into the blender.

Blend until you reach your desired consistency. TIP! - Add more milk or water if you find it to be too thick.

Pour the mixture into 2 glasses and enjoy.
