Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup honey local if possible
  • ¼ cup mustard I used stone ground
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts and place in a large glass dish with lid. Season them with sea salt and pepper
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Flip each one over a few times to coat it well
  4. Cook for 45-50 minutes, turning and basting them half way through. Make sure they’re cooked by slicing into the thickest part of the breast to see there is no pink
  5. *Throw in a baked potato at the same time for a complete meal!
