  • Add your coconut oil to a glass measuring cup with a pouring spout. If your coconut oil is solid, add it to a small saucepan and melt it over low heat. This takes less than a minute - you don't want to heat the oil, just melt it.
  • Stir essential oil drops into the melted oil. Next, pour about a tablespoon of the liquid into each well of a silicone candy mold. There should be enough oil for 15 pieces.
  • Carefully place the mold in the fridge for the bites to harden. This can take 30 minutes to an hour. The bites will be hard and have turned white.
  • Pop them out of the mold and store them in the fridge in a sealed, glass mason jar for up to a month.
