  • Start by preheating the oven to 300° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Next, add the pepitas to a small bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir it well, coating the seeds.
  • Then, transfer the coated pepitas onto the prepared baking sheet and spread them into an even layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring them a couple of times to make sure nothing is sticking or burning.
  • Remove them from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
